Do you have a mentor in your life?

Fortunately, I had a chance to interview Mr. Ohashi last month. He is one of my mentors. He always teaches me many stories, and gives me ideas from his experiences. I have many stories about Mr. Ohashi that I want to share with you… in the very near future!

Mr. Ohashi is the Founder of Ohashiatsu and the Ohashi Institute. He created, and has been developing his Healing Scarf (Tenugui) Therapy for more than 30 years. Tenugui can be used as a tool of shiatsu, and we have been supplying Ohashi Tenugui to their school over the years.

He gave me a lecture of Ohashi Healing Scarf (Tenugui) Therapy. You can check our clip for his Introductory Healing Tenugui methods. ?His Advance Scarf Therapy Seminar will be held in Europe on October, and in New York on November 13th at the Ohashi Institute (New York). I would like to take his seminar to learn more possibilities about using Tenugui!

Please check their web site (www.ohashi.com) for more about Mr. Ohashi and Ohashiatsu.

Thank you very much Ohashi-sensei, showing us your amazing Tenugui therapy.

Scott Kippenbrock - the great man in universe

Scott Kippenbrock - the great man in the universe

Today is a very special day for Kippenbrock family and friends…

Scott was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer in 2002 while living in Shanghai, China with me. After a lengthy but courageous battle with this insidious disease, he passed away October 11th, 2005 in Texas.

He always made people laugh and smile in any circumstance… in the subway station, airport, bar, restaurant, work, hospital… and of course our home. It was very important for him to “Make You Happy”, and so, he was very happy himself to receive smile from others. It’s a very simple way to be happy, “If you are happy, I am happy”.

Since he went to Heaven, our family and friends have been moving on to next stage of our life in many different places in the world. I know sure that he is always watching over us, cheers us up, and make us smile in many different ways…

I always think that I want to be a person like him… strong, warm and has a big heart and love…
And I would like to “Make You Happy” through Tenugui and my web site.

For Scott Kippenbrock… You are a great man in the universe…

Janet is wearing Ginko Tenugui as her head cover, ties a bow on the side, makes her own elegant style.

I received an e-mail from Janet yesterday. As soon as I opened my mail, her bright smile shined up on my computer screen.

She found our site through Yuriko, who runs Kimono Lily. Janet has been their good customer for years. Since under going chemo therapy, she is always looking for new ways to cover her head. Yuriko sent her to our site, and she found Tenugui as a new head wrap.

She told me that many tenugui designs have been very meaningful for her, and surely enjoys the beauty of Tenugui, everyday.

I love your Smile very much, Janet-san.
Life is very beautiful like your smile, and I am so glad that we have connected together through the internet, and through Tenugui… and most of all, through your Beautiful Smile.
