New fun projects with Taisan Tanaka 
Hope you are doing well, Tenugui Fans! I am terribly sorry that my long absent on here 
I am doing fine, and doing many great projects this year as well!!!!

New Born Sumo-Baby Red 
Taisan Tanaka (https://www.facebook.com/shogakaboz/) is a well known contemporary Japanese Calligraphy artist base in New York City.
I am falling love with Taisan and his artwork since first site. His compositions have a fulfill of heart-warming energy in it, just like Taisan himself, and making people smile when we saw his paint no matter what 
We have been working beautiful collaboration “Sumo Baby Collection”, here is our new born baby Sumo Baby Red!

Even he has a back stamp!
You can get a Sumo Baby Red at Sumo Stew @The Brooklyn Brewery on 11/15 (Wed) 8 to 11pm.

Special edition Komon Tenugui
I am so excited to inform you that our special edition Komon Tenugui is available at the Philadelphia Museum of Art now!
Each tenugui was wrapped individually in hand cut paper Kimono and Obi with my Love of Tenugui, the package was specially designed for the new exhibition of Ink and Gold : Art of the Kano collection!

“Enjoy Tenugui with the Five Senses” , new Tenugui Event is coming this Thursday! This special event is a collaboration with wine importer and the restaurant Tokyo Tapas Café in West Village in New York.
I would like to introducing you Tenugui through The Five Senses. Let’s Sneak Peek, how we use our Five Senses, and enjoy Tenugui.
Sight:
Enjoy “The Five Elements” – tenugui installation and learn tenugui design, colors and history.
Hearing:
Try TENUGUI EXERCISE, simple stretch with a live piano performance.
Release tension, and relax your mind and body.
Touch:
Learn Tenugui gift wrapping, and also, discover many different ways of using tenugui.
Taste:
Experience Japanese low calorie potato called Konnyaku.
Enjoy five different Konnyaku tapas and a dessert.
Smell:
Enjoy amazing aroma with two different kinds of wine, that specially selected for the event,
and paired with Konnyaku Tapas.
